1. Contract Formation / Amendment Possibilities

The customer's order constitutes an offer. A contract only takes place with our acceptance.
An order is only possible if all mandatory fields (marked with *) of the order form are filled correctly. If there is lack of information or we are unable to fulfill the order for any other reason, the customer receives an error message. Before the final submission of the order, the customer is given the opportunity to correct his order. Once the order process has been completed, the customer gets the information "your order has been received". This does not constitute acceptance of the Customer's offer.


2. Receipt

After we have received an order, the customer will be informed about the incoming order via mail to his declared mail address.


3. Contract Language

The contract language is English.


4. Order Denial

If we can't fullfill an order for any reasons, the customer will be informed via mail.


5. Shipping and Time of Delivery

We ship either with Austrian Post AG, DHL, GLS, or Hermes.
Any accruing customs costs shall be borne by the customer.
The delivery times are (according to shipping company):
Austria 1-4 working days
Germany 2-4 working days
Other countries in the Euro-Zone: 2-12 working days
Further countries up to two weeks.


6. Prices and Payment

The payment can optionally be made by prepayment (bank transfer or PayPal), or by cash on delivery (only Austria).
Our product selling prices do not include shipping costs. Those can be found below.
Austria: 4,90€
Cash on Delivery (only Austria): 4,90€ plus 4,00€ surcharge
Germany: 6,90€
Further countries of the Euro-Zone: 6,90€
Further countries: 15€.

Prepayment: Prepayment can optionally be made by bank transfer or PayPal. The time for payment amounts to 7 days from receiving our order confirmation. The ordered goods will be reserved during the term of payment. Incoming payments after resignation will be refunded to the customer.

Cash on delivery (only Austria): The customer has to bear the fee for the "cash on delivery"-option. The payment for the order (including shipping and "cash on delivery"-fee) will be made to the shipping company when receiving the order.

According to § 6 para. 1 Z 27 UStG. our prices include no sales tax.


7. Right of Withdrawal

Customers who are consumers for the purpose of Austrian Consumer Protection Act or similar laws in their particular countries of residence, are able to resign from a, within a long-distance transaction made contract (or a within a long-distance transaction made contractual declaration), within a period of 14 calender days (including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) after having received their delivery.
It suffices, if the letter of resignation, without giving any reason, is sent out within this period of time. In any case at least 7 working days (without Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) are available.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us,

about his decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (eg a letter sent by mail or e-mail). Therefore, the attached withdrawal form, which is not mandatory, can be used.
In order to observe the revocation period it is sufficient that the communication concerning the exercise of revocation is sent before the withdrawal deadline.
The customer must return the goods to us without delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which he has taught us about the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if the customer sends the goods before the deadline.
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays count for the calculation of time limits. In any case there are at least 7 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) available.

In case of revocation a refund of the purchased price incl. shipping costs (with the exeption of any additional costs that arose from the fact that the customer has chosen a different method of delivery, than our offered registred and trackable delivery) will only take place if the goods the customer received, are returned to us. The refund will be immediately and no longer than 14 days from the date on which we received the revocation of the contract. For this refund, the same method of payment that the customer has used in the original transaction, unless specifically agreed otherwise, is used; in no case the customer will be charged fees for such repayment by us. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods again, or until the customer has provided proof that the goods were returned, whichever is the earlier.
The goods should be returned unused and in new sellable condition and in their original packaging. For items that show signs of damage, that are not caused by the intended use, a reasonable fee for impairment is collected or retained by us. The same applies if supplies or parts of the returned goods are missing.


8. Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shall be borne by the customer. Should the goods be returned freight collect, we are entitled to retain or to charge an equivalent amount.

10. Reservation of Proprietary Rights

In case of default, we are entitled to assert our rights under the retention of title. It is agreed that the assertion of property rights does not constitute withdrawal from the contract, unless we withdraw from the contract explicitly.


11. Data Handling

We point out that for the purpose of easier shopping process and subsequent contract management from the webshop operator, the IP data of the user, as well as the name and address of the purchaser, are stored by using cookies.
There is no transfer of data to third parties.


12. Coupons

There is no cash refund possible for coupons. Since the coupons incl. coupon code will be sent by e-mail to the customer, we are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect specification of the e-mail address.


Please note:

  • Because of different monitor calibration the images of the products may vary slightly.
  • Handmade products may vary slightly in size, shape and color.
  • The product images are close-up photographs. Please mind the size infomations of the products to avoid misunderstandings.
  • We always attempt to keep our stock up to date. Nevertheless it can very rarely happen that an ordered product is out of stock. If this happens we will inform you via mail and you can chose either replacement or we will refund the money (if already paid) back to your account.
  • Our coupons will be send via mail only so you can immediately print and fold them yourself.
